Business Service Executive:  This is an exciting new role to make your own within this well established Corporate Travel Management company. Working alongside and supporting the Account Managers you'll need excellent Excel, report running and communication skills.  Hybrid with the offices in London, paying circa £40K.

Business Service Executive, Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the Client Account Manager team by providing comprehensive administrative, analytical and operational support.
  • Supporting data analysis for customer segmentation and targeted strategies
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc country and regional reports on KPIs
  • Scheduling and coordinating client meetings
  • Manage customer documentation and contract within SharePoint and other areas

Business Service Executive, Skills Required:

  • An expert with Excel and report running
  • Proficient in using tools such at SharePoint, Salesforce, Smartsheet and Front. 
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyse data, providing actionable insights to support client success strategies
  • Resourceful and efficient in resolving issues and addressing customer needs, especially under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders
