Team Leader - Entertainment Travel

Team Leader, Entertainment Business Travel Required for this global TMC who focus on Music & Production travel. The role is hybrid with their Central London office and we are looking for a Team Leader to join this growing team. Paying £45-48k, but there is flex on this for the right person.

Team Leader Duties

• Managing a team of dedicated travel consultants focussing on music and touring clients 
• Answering calls, whatsapp messages and emails from dedicated clients in a polite, efficient, and professional manner
• Working in a fast paced environment with Entertainment and Music clients 
• Sourcing the best and most cost-effective worldwide routes booking all flights, rail, hotel and all ground product using Galileo

Team Leader Skills Required:

• Previous management experience ideally within business travel/entertainment accounts
• Knowledgeable on Galileo ideally, however another GDS system will be considered 
• Good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
• Comfortable working, communicating and replying quickly over WhatsApp/Email
• Able to speak directly to artists and liaise with promotors/tour managers

• Working Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
• Paying up to £48,000  DOE
