Travel Consultant

Our client, an independent high end travel agency, is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join their team in a lovely location in Surrey. You will be selling a variety of trips including cruise, escorted tours, city breaks and beach holidays. The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday from 9am-5.30pm. Salary up to £30,000 plus commission. 

Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Booking all manner of holidays including luxury and cruises
• Provide excellent customer service and value to create the best holiday experience to customers
• Plan and book all aspects of the holiday
• Developing relationships with customers and suppliers
• Providing knowledge of all products 

Travel Consultant skills required:

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Worldwide knowledge
• Experience in cruise would be beneficial

Additional information:

• Monday to Friday only - no weekends
• 2 week fam trip per year
• 28 days annual leave pl bank holidays and birthday off
• Parking paid
