On-Call Business Travel Consultant

'On-Call' Business Travel Consultant Vacancy. This is a unique opportunity open only to experienced Travel Consultants, preferably from Corporate Travel.

The role is On-Call Business Travel Consultant. From your home, you will cover the phone on alternative weekends - 6.30pm on Fri until 9am on Monday. It could fit around your other responsibilities such as children's hobbies, dog walks or possibly even other jobs (non-travel). Plus, you can sleep overnight, all night, as long as you are 100% available to pick up when the phone rings!

You will also work 13 days per year covering weeknights - 6.30pm until 9am (this is to cover another member of staff's holiday)

Plus you will work a 50% share of the year's bank holidays - (4 per year)

Supportive Manager is always available - day and night

It's rare that the phone rings a lot, but you have to be available when it does. You do not have to be sat by the laptop, but if something needs processing urgently, you will need to respond to the client as soon as you can get yourself online from wherever you are.

Salary £18,000-£20,000 per annum
