Amadeus Groups Consultant

Amadeus Groups Consultant required by an Expert Travel Company. circa 38,500K (dependent upon experience). Unique, World-Class, Highly-Respected Travel Management Company are looking for a new Amadeus Specialist Groups Consultant to join them. Full or Part time contracts are both possible.

Amadeus Groups Consultant Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all components of the client’s travel. Ranging from flight only to comprehensive travel itineraries, inclusive of accommodation and ground transportation.
• Issuance of air tickets - making changes and managing queues in Amadeus GDS.
• Understand and comply with air fare rules and booking conditions specific to group air fare contracts.
• Provide support to the client on departure day, either at the airport or remotely.
• Consultative, expert advice to clients related to all aspects of travel.
• Establishment of trusting, long term relationships with clients.

Amadeus Groups Consultant Skills and Experience:

• Strong Amadeus GDS experience
• Groups experience - preferred
• Supplier negotiation experience
• Familiarity with airline group booking platforms
• Exception customer service experience
• Experience handling large complex travel itineraries

Amadeus Groups Consultant Additional Information:

• Candidates for this role could come from the leisure, business travel, or airline industry so long as they are highly proficient using Amadeus.
• Monday – Friday
