We’re hiring a Travel Sales Support Executive for a dynamic travel company in West London (hybrid or office-based), offering a salary of around £30k + bonus + private healthcare. If you have strong Galileo ticketing experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this varied role offers the chance to support busy sales and operations teams with essential ticketing and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Issue, reissue, and refund air tickets in Galileo
· Manage and run reports for the department
· Prepare and send travel documentation (car hire, transfers, excursions, cruise tickets, etc.)
· Dispatch schedule change notifications to clients
· Troubleshoot and resolve in-house booking queries
· Quality control: review and check bookings for accuracy
· Handle brochure reports and manage dispatch/returns
· Liaise with operations, ground services, and product teams
· Respond to agent and client queries post-booking
What We’re Looking For:
· Galileo expertise is essential
· Previous ticketing experience in a travel environment
· A strong team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
· Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
· Excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
