German OR Spanish Speaking Groups Consultant, Tailormade Tours, Sydney Australia Are you an experienced group consultant looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for a Groups Consultant to join a leading inbound tour operator specialising in group tours and guided tour programs around Australia. This is office or Hybrid based in Sydney and they will pay $65,000-$90,000 plus Super DOE.

German OR Spanish Speaking Groups Consultant Responsibilities:

• Creating, quoting, and arranging group itineraries
• Liaising with suppliers such as hotels, bus companies, train companies, and airlines
• Providing assistance while groups are in the country
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting any operational errors that may occur
• Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments, and maintaining financial documents

German OR Spanish Speaking Groups Consultant Skills Required

• Enthusiastic, methodical, and motivated with experience in tourism, preferably in inbound travel
• High degree of attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a focus on customer experience
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the business
• Excellent product knowledge of Australia
• Experience with 'Tourplan' software is advantageous
• German OR Spanish language is essential
