Business Travel Consultant

Business Travel Consultant – Mixed shifts home based Required for this expanding Global Business Travel Company. This role will be working on a global dedicated corporate accounts and will be supporting clients with their travel needs including, flights, hotels, and transfers to Worldwide destinations. This role will be working on a shift pattern which is standard rotation of  4 x days on 8am-8pm , 4 x days off and will include 1 shift of  4 nights 8pm-8pm each month. This role offers a basic salary of 33k plus a bonus up to £39k, along with a great benefits package including discounted travel and the ability to buy extra days holiday . Suitable candidates will have experience either working in Business Travel or within Tailor Made /Airline Reservations with experience using Amadeus. This is a fully homebased role , however the training may  require 2 weeks office-based training all arrangements are covered by the client .

Business Travel Consultants - Mixed shifts homebased duties
-Manage a dedicated corporate account, booking travel Worldwide including flights, hotels, and transfers
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using a GDS (Amadeus,)
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely internal and external clients to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants - Mixed shifts homebased skills required
-Business Travel experience or experience working within tailor made , tour operations or airline reservations with experience using Amadeus (this is essential)
 -Able to work the shift pattern of 4 days on (8am-8pm) 4 days off) 4 nights 8pm-8am ) 4 days off with a rolling shift pattern
-Excellent customer service experience and confident supporting clients with varied travel needs
