Product Manager

Our client, a successful tour operator, is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to lead the development, operational effectiveness, and profitability of their long-haul products. This is a Monday to Friday role based in Surrey on a hybrid basis with a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience.

Product Manager responsibilities:

• Taking full commercial ownership of a diverse product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience with contracting and negotiation and extensive long-haul product knowledge
• Ensuring smooth operational delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborating across teams to create innovative holiday offerings that meet satisfaction goals.
• Undertaking site inspections, contracting, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Product Manager skills required:

• Prior experience working with Latin America and Asia are an advantage, as well as a strong background in the travel industry
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and an analytical mind.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-taking
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for site visits and inspections.
• Fluency in a foreign language would be an advantage
• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
