Flights Consultant

Our client is an award winning tour and cruise operator and they are seeking a Flights Consultant to support direct clients and travel agent partners.The role is hybrid in their London office and comes with a salary of £27,000.

Flights Consultant responsibilities:

• Review and maintain flight bookings.
• Manage airline schedule changes and amendments.
• Respond to customer service and sales enquiries.
• Support teams during travel disruptions and crisis situations.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft applications to manage bookings and data.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers booking premium travel experiences.

Flights Consultant skills required:

• Minimum 1 year's travel industry experience.
• Strong airline and flight booking knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
