Groups Operations Manager, Based in Rome: An exciting new role to grow with this well established tour operator specialising in group travel. Paying €40-45K, Hybrid with their offices in Rome.

Groups Operations Manager, Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all travel services, putting together group tours, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Constant scouting negotiations with suppliers (hotels and bus services)
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and cost control of operational services
• Leading the operation team, recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the operations team

Group Operations Manager, Skills Required:

• Proven experience in an operational management role within the travel industry
• Supplier negotiation experience
• Previous dealing with group travel
• Leadership skills to develop the operations team
• Fluent in Italian and English

• Paying €40-45K
