Business Travel Consultant Oil & Gas

Business Travel Consultant – Oil & Gas  Required for this expanding Global Business Travel Company. This role will be working on a oil & gas accounts and will be supporting clients with their travel needs including, flights, hotels, and transfers to Worldwide destinations. This role will be working Mon-Fri daytime hours and can either be fully homebased or hybrid in Scotland and offers a basic salary of £38k plus bonus, along with a great benefits package including discounted travel and the ability to buy extra days holiday . Suitable candidates must have experience working on oil & gas accounts and be fully trained on Amadeus  .Training may  require 2 weeks office-based training all arrangements are covered by the client .

Business Travel Consultants – Oil & Gas
-Manage a oil & gas accounts, booking travel Worldwide including flights, hotels, and transfers
-Offer first class customer service at all times.
-Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using a GDS (Amadeus,)
-Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
-Work closely internal and external clients to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.
-Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants – Oil & Gas
-Business Travel experience with experience working on Marine, Oil & Gas Accounts
-Amadeus experience is essential  
-Excellent customer service experience and confident supporting clients with varied travel needs
-Experience using a wide variety of marine, offshore fares
